I just a made bomb ass brunch.
Took a head of green cabbage sliced thin as well as a fennel bulb.
Threw it in the wok with some canola on high heat until it got a little caramelized. About half way through the cooking process I threw in cumin, soy and sriracha.
With about 30 second left I splashed a little sesame oil on it.
Pull off the heat and drop in two beaten eggs and stir until the eggs are incorporated.
It was amazing.
