I just a made bomb ass brunch.

Took a head of green cabbage sliced thin as well as a fennel bulb.

Threw it in the wok with some canola on high heat until it got a little caramelized. About half way through the cooking process I threw in cumin, soy and sriracha.

With about 30 second left I splashed a little sesame oil on it.

Pull off the heat and drop in two beaten eggs and stir until the eggs are incorporated.

It was amazing.

out of my plastic Mr. Beer Kegerator.

One week until me, Little O, and Mrs. O try the "finished product." Mrs. O and I went to Schell's yesterday for the brewery tour and tasting. They still have the copper brew kettle purchased in 1892 for $25K that just went offline last year. Tour guide said the kettle brewed more than the equivalent of a billion bottles of beer.

Billion.

I brewed 12 bottles and I think I'm Ken Grossman.
