Bruce Johnson may be moving on

Liberty: Source tells FootballScoop Indiana assistant AD for on campus recruiting Bruce Johnson is expected to join Hugh Freeze’ staff coaching running backs. Johnson recently completed his first year at IU after having coached at Ole Miss 2012-17 (working with tight ends / running backs / offensive line). In addition to his coaching responsibilities, Johnson also served in leadership roles in recruiting and academics at Ole Miss.

If he wanted to be back in coaching probably a good thing so we can get someone in that recruiting role who perhaps just LOVES to be solely involved with recruiting? Happy for him. Not too worried it will be a problem to get someone good in that role either.
