Welp, it's about that time. Hope everyone is doing well! Let's get to it...

I'm sure there are a couple things I've missed but here is a quick summary of what has transpired since the end of last season. If something is not correct it's probably because I foolishly took Wikipedia at its word lol.

Associate Head Coach / Running Backs Coach took Running Backs Coach position at Michigan

Coaches In
Deland McCullough Associate Head Coach / Running Backs Coach (Kansas City Chiefs)
Charlton Warren Defensive Coordinator / Linebackers Coach (Georgia), regarded as very good recruiter

Internal Changes / Promotions
Brandon Shelby will still coach Cornerbacks but is now Assistant Head Coach
Kasey Teegardin is still Special Teams Coordinator but will now coach Outside Linebackers instead of Defensive Backs

Coach Allen's Contract Restructured
Indiana University, IU Head Football Coach Tom Allen agreed to Restructured Deal Through 2027, Allen is slated to make $3.9 Million in 2021

Offensive Lineman Zach Carpenter – RS Sopomore (Michigan)
Wide Receiver Camron Buckley – Texas A&M
Deland McCullough II Defensive Back - Miami (OH), yes his dad is the Associate Head Coach / Running Backs Coach

D. Lewis left for Purdue.

1. Since you separated recruits from transfers I assume the recruits are all freshman. If that is correct, as a group, they should not impact yet.
2. Our punter has NEVER played a football game.
3. Tough to lose a DC when your D was good. I do like what I see of our new DC (small sample size).
4. The change in RB coach may be an upgrade.
5. Three skill position transfers. 1 RB and 2 WRs. I do not know what their impact will be.
6. 1 DL transfer in and 2 out. No position is listed for some of those headed out.
7. Ball and Layne back may be the biggest impact.
I do not know how this compares to other schools turnover wise.
Not sure what conclusion to draw.
