Maybe there's a longer arc to this story, but I'm just glad I switched away months ago from their TV offerings.

Would contemplate switch for mobile and for internet, but at least for internet, they're the only game in my neighborhood right now. And my smartphone is only set up for AT&T. Will try to avoid that mistake when I get the next phone.

bundling is the problem.

thus the govt allowing it is the problem.

it's the networks driving up the price, as bundling totally insulates must have networks from any and all normal price-demand market forces.

anti competitive behavior at work.

and yes, the horizontal and vertical mergers being allowed is beyond ridiculous.
