That's not really a hot take. I haven't seen one person go on record saying 5-7 is bowl worthy. The problem is they don't have enough teams at 6-6.

Point is...way too many bowls. Increase number...value of any single bowl goes down. There should be half as many with a 7 win season a prerequisite.
