I’m a Gen Xer and aside from Radiohead, love all the bands you posted. The early 90s had some awesome music. No doubt. However, the 70s was killer and went throughout the decade. 90s music really starts tailing off in 94-95. Late 90s is bad.
More fundamental, none of the bands you listed are in the same stratosphere as The Stones, Zep, or The Beatles. They just aren’t. The discographies prove that.
