Wasn't that what RMK always said , winning the big 10 was the goal? Granted at the beginning that was only way to make the tournament

Yes because that is something you can work toward. "Final Four" is not a goal as much as it is simply playing great and catching some breaks.

Yeah I'm an old school RMK guy... His first and only goal was to win the Big ten....

I wouldn't be surprised if, at some point in the not-too-distant-past, Johnson also claimed that he wanted to win the ACC.
