Is that our intent? With our renovations of the South End Zone now, and the North End zone seven years ago, it would appear to be. There seems to be no reason why it couldn't last that long, or longer.
The great stadiums of the Big Ten, built in the 1920s, are approaching the 90 year mark. With careful repair and renovation, they can remain quite serviceable. Will the great college football stadiums across the landscape achieve European cathedral like status, with 150 years of life?
