Gregg Popovich is close to these criteria but you used coached rather than is coaching.

We have one left coaching at the high school level. He knows several college coaches. He likes Dane Fife..

I thought there were only three in Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame with both coaching and front office NBA experience 1) Bobby Leonard 2) Popovich 3) Bird. Popovich is still coaching so doesn’t satisfy coached. Bird was Pres B-ball Operations which is different than GM in the Pacers organization so that just leaves Bobby Leonard. Who am I missing?
