Where are the Loser PUke lurkers?

But...he's not "top 10" level good. He's a liability defensively, and despite being 6-4 ish and fairly long, he isn't a factor on the boards. There are probably 40-50 backcourt/wing lineups in the country that are suited to expose both Smith and Loyer. If IU can do it, there are A LOT of others out there that will too.

That's been my biggest "slam" on the Purdue fans having their heads in the clouds of late. They don't even realize, maybe not even now, that the only reason they were up there in the first place was an anomalous monster from Canada, that was allowed to regularly do what the officials rightly fouled TKR out for doing yesterday.
Purdue guards are 82-20 in their three years (80%) playing probably a top three schedule in those years, Purdue had some pretty big years with Ivey and Edwards. You wonder how much better Purdue would have been with their 7'-4" starter Jacobsen had not broke his leg? 40 or 50 backcourts, really? It was one game Chester, do not try to over spin!
IU still has only won 3 out of their last 11, and still on the outside of the BUBBLE! But they look like they will qualify for the BT Tournament, WOW!

Now that's a real fan on display.

I don’t disagree with your general point, but it is difficult to know what to expect from Duke as yet another freshman-centric team.
agree in general. But Flagg is no typical frosh.

but again...in the tourney...one bad game...foul trouble, rolled ankle, case of the flu....Ted Valentine with an axe to grind...that's all it takes.

hey look who's back? Guess the sting has worn off.
sad truth, we are firing a coach who was 4-4 against the winningest coach in PU history.

As for woulda coulda with Jacobson, just stop it. We can play that game....sans a couple injuries to May/Henderson and we probably have 2 more banners hanging. (those are to acknowledge NCAA championships, in case you weren't aware). And May/Henderson were established stud all americans. Not some tall kid who played one game his entire career against mighty Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

You still know and apparently think a lot more about IU's team and season than most of us know or care about Purdue's....some things never change.

Face it, last year was your best shot. And the team blew it. You won't see it again.
