What would be a fair and balanced divisional alignment?

UM final AP rankings for the last twenty years: ranked top 25-14
ranked top 15-9
Top 10-5

PSU had a scandal like we have never seen before so the numbers are kinda artificially skewed but final AP rankings

Top 25-10
Top 15-6
Top 10-4

That's pretty damned good considering they had a fossil as a head coach and major NCAA penalties

But did you notice that you just did what you always deny doing? You made a post about NU/UW which was proven wrong, so you changed what you were talking about
I am just saying that you can't just look at what the divisions look like now and say that the divisions are unfair because the teams could be totally different in 10 years. It just seems you want to make it as easy for IU to look better by giving it an easier division to play in.

I've already given my explanation of why I want realignment. If you don't agree that's fine.
