Good to great regular season success even if for shorter period or smaller school

Long tenure with above average success at major university

Success in Dance

Graduates players, avoids off-the-court issues

Can get along with alumni, help bring in $; can kiss up when needed

NBA coaching experience

Charisma

Can recruit within Indiana first and Midwest second
