Most reversals come as a result of faulty jury instructions. This judge was absolutely brilliant in those instructions. He told the jury they couldn’t convict him based on Cohen’s testimony as he was an accomplice to the alleged crime.
Any regular Joe would have spent the night in the pokey for all the contempt charges. And just to show how really stupid he is, Trump goes out and slams the same judge who gets to sentence him in less than two months. And he will get prison time. Cohen was convicted on the same charges plus tax charges and got 3 years and he plead guilty and cooperated with the feds. The judge will take into account his severe lack of remorse into consideration as well. My brother is a Republican judge so I get insight from him. Also, my father was a judge as well.
Trump is now 0 for 3 and counting. And if he doesn’t get elected in November he will get serious federal time for his crimes. You should visit him in jail. I’m sure you’d get wood as a result.
