Speaking from experience, the biggest clue that the Judge isn't going to give Trump jail time is that he didn't take him into custody today.
The Judge has a pretty good idea of what he wants to do, and he knows his options. If he wanted to put him in jail, today was the day to do it.
He needs the votes! He's willing to have a criminal vote his way without reservation.
Should Trump win I am worried about how Bragg, Merchan, Engoron, Tish James, Willis, Wade, Garland, Jack Smith etc. will be held to account.

When has the DOJ ever investigated Joe? The only time i know of is when he had classified documents in his garage. And they said they'd charge him, except he was too brain-adled to stand trial.
It will be pretty easy to indict Joe. Hur already said the reason he didn't indict Biden is essentially because he's senile. All it would take is a new DOJ and a prosecutor that determines Biden is a little more lucid and bam. There's your case.
