Some of this stuff from as far back as 2017 is just now starting to be finalized. Arizona, Louisville, Auburn, and Kansas may still be in the crosshairs. Of course, after the UNC academic fraud debacle resulted in zero sanctions, I wouldn't place money on any of them to take a hit.
i betcha Self retires or goes NBA after the tourney. He worked w the exact same bag man Gottfried did while at NC State, and that dude just got a 1 yr show cause. Only diff is Self got got caught via text directing payments twice and gottfried just once. The party is about over in Lawrence. I look forward to them sucking for a couple to 25 years. I also can’t wait for their coaching search. It will be both impressive and diabolical.
would normally agree but self did the dirty work himself and it’s cut and dry. Not even the NCAA can f this up, intentionally or not. He basically got caught in the stash house. Super lazy and/ or arrogant move for an elite cheater.
Depending on the length of the penalty, KU could always trot out a asst for a year or so and just have Self comeback. Would be wild but they wild. Lol
Interesting because Bracketology had IU as an 11 seed playing 6 LSU. Wouldn't that be crazy if we actually landed that game?
