What are we cutting in order to pay for this bill?
Congress already approved over $13 billion in spending for Ukraine earlier this year.
-foreign aid
-military supplies
-military deployments
-intelligence
-money to enforce sanctions

It's probably hard to say, but I would bet $100 that some of it spits it's self back out a revolving door and those US rep's that have recently visited Ukraine will just be lucky enough to be standing there to pick it up.
