Am I to believe that before Trump was elected, eggs were $52/dozen?

Also...gas. "$1.99" he says. Per gallon. lol WHERE?! Gas is $320ish, folks. How do I know? I drive around and look at stuff.

I did some rare grocery shopping yesterday and there were about four of us guys standing by the eggs looking to buy a dozen. We were all shocked by the prices. The cheapest were $4.99 and the most expensive was $11 something for 18 free range organic large eggs. I opted for the $5.99 free range eggs because the wife insists on getting eggs from "happy" chickens. It's the most expensive dozen eggs I've personally ever bought. Of course, I ended up dropping that bag when I was coming into the house and broke two of them.

They were around $8.50 for an 18 pack in my area 2 months ago. Now around $7. No, they haven't gone down in price as much as the administration would want you to believe but they are going down. It's all Biden's fault anyway.

Bird flu required killing 100s of thousands of egg laying chickens. Smaller supply + same demand = higher prices. Farmers didn’t vaccinate chickens here, but probably will in the future.
