Based on my time here and general overall experience, I tend to agree with this assessment.

New Jersey’s Latino population leans left of national Latino numbers, and they are a large chuck of the state’s Catholic demographic.
Catholics will include Italians (probably the most conservative voting bloc in NJ), Latinos, Irish and Polish. Protestants will include Blacks and WASPs. Jews lean Democratic, but there is a growing ultra-Orthodox population in Lakewood that is going to drag statewide Jewish numbers to the right. Other/nonreligious will include Asians and secular whites-both large groups in NJ as well

I think Trump would be better served by a former or current governor, when it comes to the future of the Party.
Senators make good speeches, but they don't get usually elected President. And when they do, they're not that effective and, in Joe's case, they are a disaster.
If he's going to pick a Senator, I'd go with Scott. Otherwise, I'm down with the N. Dakota governor, since Desantis will wait until 2028.
