Upland in B-Town has the best bison burger around,get one about everytime I come to town.

Bison is way too gamey for me...had it 10 ways from Sunday and don't like any of them. All personal here...just not for me...

I’ve only had it in a burger at Upland.
Honestly,the only difference I see is it’s leaner than beef.
Taste very similar to beef to me but as you stated to each his own.

All my Bison eating took place during visits to the Black Hills, where B-meat is everywhere. First time I ate it was as Buffalo gravy...them Buffalo steak...hamburger...and all of it was too gamey. Of course I don't eat deer either...or sea fish or ocean cockroaches (Lobster and Shrimp)….just me...vbg
