TIME magazine voted The Silence Breakers as the Person of the year 2017. The women who came out with the stories of their harassment

For giving voice to open secrets, for moving whisper networks onto social networks, for pushing us all to stop accepting the unacceptable, the Silence Breakers are the 2017 Person of the Year.

Hmmm....women, again. I keep telling you all. Women are royally ticked. That was a good choice. Of the finalists I either wanted that or Mueller.

More Time bullshit. Any mention of the "accusers" without including Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick, or Kathleen Willey is a travesty. The Bill and Hillary machine turned these these women into national cartoon characters and they became the butt of thousands of jokes. (Drag a dollar bill though a trailer park) What happened to them likely delayed similar accusations from other victims for years. They are the Susan B. Anthony's of this issue. It is time they receive the respect they deserve.

Time--you screwed up!

We can't even talk about Time magazine without a 'BUT HILLARY!' moment? Jesus.

You may want to go back two decades, but this is for THIS year. They did just fine.

It should have been Trump. This is a good choice, but Trump has dominated the year
I honestly think it should have been women period. They could have included the Me Too movement, the Resistance, the marches, the new women running and winning elections. But this will do.
You're right, it probably should have been Trump, and possibly would have been, had it not been such a moron about it. He's also not smart enough to understand that very evil people have been man of the year, so he would have taken it as a compliment.

No way!
Are you telling us that women beat out our beloved President Trump and Judge Moore, two of the greatest Republicans of our time? I say Time Magazine is a fake publication!
Without the likes of Weinstein, Trump, and Moore, these women would've never had a chance! :(

WTF?

Context is important. A few paragraphs about those who accused Clinton, and were made fun of for their coming out, is a big part of the context and significance of the changes we’ve seen this year. Call it reparations. Maybe Time ought to look at their own coverage of these three women.

Maybe you should look at Time's own coverage - after the issue is actually published. They do mention the Clinton accusations in the cover story (which is all they've released so far). I would not be surprised if the issue includes an entire side piece on the Clinton accusers.

OK. The online version in the link doesn't not mention them. Kudos to Time if they change the story.

The online version doesn't mention them by name; it does mention the accusations against Clinton generally and the fact that Democrats were happen to defend him at the time. Since the cover story is only the centerpiece of an entire issue devoted to the subject, I am guessing this mention at least hints at the possibility there will be a deeper examination of this issue in one of the many other articles in the magazine.
