I've started to have some zoomer males under my management and "motivated" would not be the best descriptor. Some are very bright. But the fire in the belly is missing. Women excel at school and are better grads out of college for sure.

But they all want to be a mother even if they are in denial.

You should groom them. Help them navigate those conflicts

You are painting with a broad brush. 20-30 years ago what you say was true and yes women are overwhelmingly in jobs like teaching.

I am in leadership at a Fortune 40 company. Once worked 36 straight days including many until 1 and back in by 6. I had a number of women who were in key roles doing what it takes.

In fact, as I hire new grads I actually prefer women. They come in hungry with something to prove. The young men seem more into going home to play Frisbee golf, video games, or aimlessly surf tik tok.

All my most consistent employees are women. The younger guys are either really great or really worthless. Very little in between
