I like honest bailey more

I couldn't care less if Archie is fired or not because I am not fan of individuals but programs. If you fire a coach after 2 years you will do more damage to the program than what it is now. Also Beard would not come here with his strong ties to RMK and will be told not to come to IU by him. Beard's resume is no better than what Archie's was coming into IUOffer Chris Beard 6 million a year for 6 years. Problem solved. This isn't that difficult Scott.
Luckily, for you, our administration is fruitless like you Scott and Archie isn't going anywhere, anytime soon. Enjoy the mediocrity and keep cheering for the lads.

Frank is at his alma mater. Not sure he would leave at his age.Fire Archie hire Frank Martin, he did well at K State and hell took South Carolina to a final four. And he gets 100% out of his players.
Who ? Larry Bird ?To be honest, I think it is time to make a change and to be brutally honest, there is a decent, not great, but decent coach available and we all know who that is. Do we want to go there? Should it be about restoring credibility, or do we want to experiment again with a Fife or Lewis. I'm thinking maybe both, maybe hire Steve and mandate he offer asst. positions to Fife and Lewis. That sounds like a dream scenario to me to unite the fan base and have a plan B.
So we should just give up then right? You are fn ridiculous! We HAVE to keep trying bc we love iu b-ball and we know that it’s possible. You’re fn weak attitude is part of the problem. You are such a fn clownYou probably could say that for any coach we hire if Archie is fired. Maybe it is time to realize that this is not the IU we grew up with and maybe it will never be again.
No. The difference is what you can’t seem to understand. People who want to win will do whatever it takes..you’re to scared to try bc you already “know” it won’t work. We should keep hiring and firing until we find the right guy. You don’t keep a shitty employee bc u don’t think u can find better; guess u can but that’s what a shitty and fn weak minded boss does. I’ve thought it forever and said it a few times, but you are by far the WORST poster on here and your mentality is the exact opposite of what we needbut their accomplishments are very similar yet you want Alford to coach here when you wanted Crean gone. Kept telling you people that wanted a coaching change that just making a change was not going to help but everyone thought just bringing in a new coach was the answer.
Winning slime, unlike little Archie!Calipari, Pitino, and Self are cheating slime. Get the heck off an IU basketball board with that kind of talk.
For the foreseeable future, we are not going to be good. .
To be honest , your original post read like Beowulf. It was quite difficult to follow what the point was- you were trying to make.Reading comprehension problem genius? I was suggesting Fife or Lewis, why the hell would any big-time coach even flirt with the mess we have, it'd take 10 mill.
Hartman knows the players on the team and really has no reason to give Archie a break. I would trust Hartman's view 1,000 times more of the situation based on knowledge than your opinion based on nothing.I’ll tell you what is BS. The entire narrative that it’s never the coaches fault. According to Colin Hartman (podcast) he says it’s the players lack of heart that is the problem and not Archie’s coaching/motivation. I call BS on this. If this were the case then coaches would never get fired as it couldn’t be their fault the team wasn’t ready to play it’s the players fault. It absolutely is the coaches job to have them ready and if they aren’t gonna play with heart, don’t f//king play them.
Hartman likes his seats behind the bench and access to the locker rooms as well. Just saying.Hartman knows the players on the team and really has no reason to give Archie a break. I would trust Hartman's view 1,000 times more of the situation based on knowledge than your opinion based on nothing.
So he would rather piss off the guys on the team he played with? It doesn't work that way. If he is calling out his peers, there is a real problem.Hartman likes his seats behind the bench and access to the locker rooms as well. Just saying.
He's not friends with those guys he's friends with who he won with, Rob Johnson for one, he admitted that.So he would rather piss off the guys on the team he played with? It doesn't work that way. If he is calling out his peers, there is a real problem.
Well, he won one at UK. Louisville not so much.Rick Pitino would win a national championship at Indiana, just like he did with UK and UL.
Technically, Louisville didn’t win.In 2013, Pitino led the Louisville Cardinals to their third National Championship in an 82–76 win over Michigan to become the first NCAA Division I coach in history to win a championship with two different schools.
Not what the NCAA says.In 2013, Pitino led the Louisville Cardinals to their third National Championship in an 82–76 win over Michigan to become the first NCAA Division I coach in history to win a championship with two different schools.
Not what the NCAA says.
I'll tell you who did just that, CHANGE HISTORY, the NCAA.So? Who cares? You can't change history. He won two national championships with two different teams. I'd call that a resume.
Not what the NCAA says.
Sorry but the NCAA made it a point to note that Cal was not responsible.Just like Cal's two final four appearances at UMASS and Memphis
I'll tell you who did just that, CHANGE HISTORY, the NCAA.
Still was vacated under his watch. Tony Saprano was never arrested for calling all of those hits but it does not mean he was not responsible for them.Sorry but the NCAA made it a point to note that Cal was not responsible.
NCAA says it was a bad dream.Don't think so. I'm pretty sure I watched UL win the NC in Atlanta.
NCAA made it a point to note he was not responsible. You can continue to argue but this will be the end of that discussion from me.Still was vacated under his watch. Tony Saprano was never arrested for calling all of those hits but it does not mean he was not responsible for them.
