ISU and Seton Hall were definitely the 2 that looked like they were closest to making the NCAA tourney. Glad to see the final may come down to 2 deserving teams.

It's great to see a team that spaces the Court, passes the ball effectively to open players, and has 5 guys on the floor at the same time capable of scoring 20 points in any given game.
Find it interesting that if they win the championship it will be their 33rd win.

I had season tickets for the Sycamores this year. Best money I ever spent. Just so enjoyable to watch them get better each game (except for the dud they put up against Illinois State). We're all hoping Coach Schertz comes back next year and brings the starting line-up back with him.

Apparently ESPN doesn't consider it NCAA Men's basketball. Their usual 'scores' page shows nothing. "No games on this date" lol

It’s gonna be uphill for ISU unless they start calling fouls on Seton Hall. A lot is just “physical” but the elbow to Avilla’s jaw with no call was questionable.

4 missed threes down the stretch vs 4 drives. I don’t understand the analytics.
Indiana State choked in the last two minutes. Bricked everything and had a horrible last possession.
That second 3 attempt at the end was as clear a foul as you will ever see.
As Fraschilla said of ISU it’s either a 3 or layup. With just over 2 minutes and a 7 point lead all they needed were 2 point shots and made FT’s to win.
77 -70 lead with one thirty left.

Not hearing much bring on Schertz after allowing his team to choke the last few minutes away with a 7 point lead, terrible clock management cost ISU the NIT championship.
I don't think either team thought it was meaningless... winning is winning dude.
