JFK had ulcerative colitis, suffered from Addison's disease, wore a back brace and could sometimes barely move due to intense back pain. FDR was in a wheelchair. So is Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
All leaders want to appear physically robust, but sometimes they're not. That doesn't mean they can't do the job effectively.
Finally, I might understand the argument as a political talking point if his opponent was physically vigorous. His opponent is Trump. Enough said.

Saying Biden is fit to be president is laughable. But the same can be said for Trump as well. Maybe even for different reasons. This entire election cycle is why we can't have nice things.
