I saw all of the Bloomington South's home games and I have spectator level of knowledge but I am amazed and happy they are still in it. Seriously they have a peaking at the right time scenario going with a little help from Bloomington North's QB getting hurt. Their young QB stopped making too many bad mistakes. I think he felt the pressure of the offenses of the past two seasons. He appears to have calmed down and getting their rushing attack going has helped. South's defense will most likely be their limiting factor. It has never seemed solid and definitely not the secondary. If they can control time of possession, limit QB mistakes and keep the secondary from being exposed they can hang in there. Many kudos to those kids for continuing to fight and work through some tough moments.
