So, the article says Burkman is going to "reveal" a victim on Nov. 1 at noon at a Holiday Inn because he has her "signed dossier."
Is the term "signed dossier" commonly in use among attorneys? Is that just an affidavit? I thought a dossier was just a collection of documents.
This isn’t gonna work...republicans don’t trust dossiers.
