Does your city have a Dirt Bowl? Where guys from all over and all ages - from grade school to NBA - play a pick up tourney at a local park/playground?

Louisville's has been there forever.

Here is Clem Haskins (Western Kentucky - NBA) and George Tinsley (Kentucky Wesleyan and ABA hometown Kentucky Colonel) in 1971:

Got stained bad this year. See story below.

I remember the car wreck that killed this kid's friends - the tree he hit was right where I dropped my daughter off for her middle school. I had worked with 2 different judges (before they were judges) who handled cases involving this turd. He is also just another violent violent criminal bailed out by The Bail Project here who has returned to violent crime immediately after they get out. He is a poster child for The Great Society failure. No education. Criminal by junior high school. Crime after crime. Thousands just like him is West Louisville. No hope.

Much like the parents of some of the mass shooters, the people responsible for bailing out these repeat offenders should be jailed…

and the blacks are bitching why the police tried to arrest him in Shawnee park, and the pursuit of him put young children at risk, also saw a blurb where LMPD is looking into the incident, they will probably have to issue an apology and compensate Mr. Lee, so BLM doesn't destroy downtown

Typically, at least half of the criminal docket would be a no show and result in a warrant.

The Bail Project are social justice heroes to the Loony Left, fighting institutional racism that unjustly puts criminals in jail.
they are actually right-wing lunatics who are funding them, the theory is to release as many criminals as possible to shed a light on black crime. Ruppert Murdock supposedly is a major donor

Sticking to this part. I grew up in a small ish town of about 10,000. We had two courts. One was the newer/nicer court where the younger players went. But those over the age of about 15 went to THE PARK. Forest Park to be exact. One court. Better win if you want to keep playing. 30-40 guys out there in the evenings (more on the weekend) ranging from 15 to 40. We never had any NBA players but there was some guys who had played in college who'd come back or were good in high school, etc.

Loved it. Guys had been playing together for years and would just skin you with no look passes and cuts they'd made a thousand times. Used to dry the court off after it rained with newspapers. Hands would be black.

Good times.

Wow, that is racist.

I already asked you this.

Please explain.
Ok, I'll go ahead and totally ignore the topic of this thread, hijack the thread, go after a person that I believe to have the opposite belief system that I do, and call them out for the inherent racism of the conservative party.

1. The deep South first voted for George Wallace after the 1964 civil rights legislation was passed and then for Republicans. The party basically stands for white supremacy.

2. You can't call black people turds.

3. Not all black people are the uneducated, violent criminals: come on, now.

4. The 1964 civil rights legislation was aimed at helping minorities: I'm sorry you're not a fan of that.

5. The criminal justice system is inherently racist, and it appears you're not a fan of people's constitutional right to bail and believe that black people should be jailed before they're actually convicted of anything. Bail reform is meant, in part, to address the disparity in minorities being in the criminal justice system.

So, yep: the post and poster are racist: very, very racist.

I see the word "black" in your post about a half dozen times and zero in MTIOF's.

Congrats on becoming a case study on turning something that had nothing to do with race into something about race. It’s all folks like you see. Not one of your points can reasonably be concluded from the OP unless you want it to be there. This post is about criminals, & to you apparently that means black people…

I am actually curious as well. Curious what the mind of an overly racialized lunatic looks like.
Man, did you ever call that one.

You’re a lunatic. Got it.

You won’t find more than one or two people in this entire forum, conservative OR liberal, who will co-sign with you on that nonsense. I guarantee it.

You’re a nut job, but at least you’re open about it.

I like hijacking threads, making them about me, and going after people. Poster = big time racist.

I’ve said it before and I meant it - my observations and experience are that ultra liberal white people are more sensitive to racism than any black person, Republican or Democrat, I know. You’ve provided more proof for my theory.

Are you on drugs? Last night YOU were going on about how uneducated people in the south were. You do know there are black people in the south right?

Name-calling is racist. Come on, there is no doubt that the original poster is a racist.
You are full of shit Jimbo. You can take my word for it I have known MTOTF for his entire life and calling him a racist is so far out of line that it makes you look like a fool.

Wrong.

It's just they voice it.... while black people don't, especially around someone like you.

Used to be Donner Park in C-bus. Before the IHSAA outlawed summer high school workouts you could find all kinds of talent there. After that happened, I used to see a grown up Bill Bunton - who worked in C-bus - there on occasion, although I doubt the talent that showed ever caught his interest.

Did Danny Brown and Billy Harmon play at the Dirt Bowl? I've met Harmon's sister here working at a charity. Billy's in C-bus now. I think Brown is too, coaching C-bus East's girls team . . . .

Wrong.

People like me? What the hell does that mean? Two of my four closest friends are black and the subject has come up. I've spent decades working in a workforce more diverse than most here have, almost certainly you included. I'm sticking with my theory - very liberal white people here reinforce the theory on a regular basis.

TMP fancies himself the arbiter of all things race related, which is ironic considering he’s a bigot of the highest order. Jimbo is just going to continue to trumpet MTIOTF is racist without any evidence in the hopes another race baiter will join in, & look who showed up. Shocker. The fact that Cosmicbot hasn’t jumped in with a dozen linked articles & a 1000 word salad says something about the liberal quality, or lack thereof in Jimbo’s posts in this thread…

I’m betting you label anyone that disagrees with yo7 a racist whether there is evidence or not…race baiting & threatening to accuse people of being racists is a common tactic employed by folks such as yourself, TMP, & other leftists who mean to thwart opinions that differ from yours.

If you are a conservative, there's a pretty good chance you are a racist, so there is that.........

The funny thing about this thread is that MTOTF is my brother, and I had the pleasure of having dinner with both the players in the original dust bowl picture. George in 1968 and Clem in 2000. I'm not talking about a banquet but dinner. Guys like Jimbo89 are brainwashed fools who hurt the cause of justice.

What is wrong with ignoring the topic of the thread, hijacking it and making it about you, and attacking other posters that have different beliefs and calling them names instead? I would argue that it racist to do anything other than this........
