Well Woodson never evaluated or relly coached in NBA. hE JUST PLAYED THE TOP GUYS ON TEAM AND INSERTED 5 other players wholesale as rotation. Coaching college is much harder than NBA who relies on draft and free agency.Free agency part is happening in college now so Woodson uses the lazy path with that instead of recruiting. Look how he lost McNeely by not adding other greats around him in class. IU will remain mediocre until AD'S wise up.
