how is he going to recruit anyone portal or high school he's obviously a lame duck. pull the band aid off now the new guy would have had an opportunity to retain some talent then fill in the pieces. after next year you're looking at someone coming in with no roster at all.
what they have done is set the program back at least 2 years.
