The deal, say the Government, will deliver on the UK’s commitment to Ukraine and will create hundreds of jobs here in the UK.

Incidentally, total Western Europe Military Aid to Ukraine has surpassed that from US. They're trying to do more while it appears we will inevitably do less.

Call me naive but I wonder what Putin would do if a united Europe said we’re coming to Ukraine on such-and-such-a-date and the Russian army better be gone or you’re at war with us.

That would be big-boy politics.

I am hoping Europe decides to utilize seized Russian bank accounts to help pay for weapons in Ukraine.
