Russia-Ukraine war has begun

Incidentally, total Western Europe Military Aid to Ukraine has surpassed that from US. They're trying to do more while it appears we will inevitably do less.

Call me naive but I wonder what Putin would do if a united Europe said we’re coming to Ukraine on such-and-such-a-date and the Russian army better be gone or you’re at war with us.

That would be big-boy politics.

I wonder how much money Ukraine could raise from private citizens around the world if they started a GoFundMe type of way to easily contribute, if administered by some independent entity.

I bet it would be massive.
I'd be shocked if something like that did not already exist.

Guardian reports the "pause" on military aid includes all equipment in transit that's not already physically in Ukraine. In other words, there are things currently sitting in Poland that we sent to Ukraine that they can't have now. They are just going to sit there, taunting them.
What gives Trump the power to do this?

I'm guessing the bill that approved the aid to Ukraine gave the President some discretion in delivering it/choosing it?
This is usually the case, but limits and conditions are also usually included. Most often an explanation for an action like this is required. I don't know what the limits, conditions or explanation requirements are, but most Presidents (all except one) use their authority judiciously and explain why they're doing what they're doing.
