Rona J Trump

I don’t believe for a second he has it. More likely an excuse to miss the next debate.

It's interesting that Ivanka tested negative given how close the two are and how easily it spreads. She probably gives him multiple pecks on the cheek every day.

Oh wow. Trump's publicly released, daily work diary and all night Tweet sessions disproves that Trump "has things to do."

Even as late as today Trump could make things better by doing the following diligently:

Stop downplaying the virus.
Wear masks in public.
Make his personnel wear masks in public.
Make his followers wear masks in public.
Stop having indoor rallies.
Fire the non-scientists/non-experts he already put in charge of our health agencies; replace then with real experts.
Stop interfering with, belittling and forcing out medical experts that disagree with him.
Stop undercutting and contradicting state and local officials of both parties that disagree with him.
Stop threatening to withhold federal money from state and local governments that disagree with him.
Stop making unsupported claims about the date a vaccine would be available.
Stop saying we have turned the corner.
Stop proposing stupid "cures" like bleach and light.
Stop demanding that businesses must reopen immediately.

This is not a comprehensive list at all.

He had just mocked Biden during to the debate for wearing his mask all the time

Trump reportedly exhibiting "mild symptoms". I don't want him intubated or even hospitalized, but I do hope he has it bad enough that he can't say it was no big deal.

He would still say it was no big deal (if he really has it). If it ended up killing him it would be chiseled on his gravestone (if he really has it).

It’s really strange. I know several husband/wives and only one god it.

Even if you don't die from Coronavirus you can be pretty sick for a long, long time and that to me is probably the worst outcome. The US has survived without a fully functional president before: Wilson, Harding, Roosevelt, Reagan but I don't know if we would fare so well with one now.

We have survived the last year without a fully functioning president lol

A vaccine would be used to prevent vs treat, right?

I’m thinking the other treatment methods he has proposed should be used.
Good call. Trump brand chloroquine will be on your pharmacist’s shelf before the end of the month. It’s the best!

QAnon followers with some insightful hot takes...... ”TOGETHER” = To Get Her.
(details of this madness inside the article)

I saw a youtube video where the psychologist, who is a pretty conservative guy, said QAnon followers show signs of paranoia and schizophrenia. Classic cult.

The theory:

An evil organization (The Deep State) that harm kids and worship Satan. But Trump is aware of them and is bringing about "the storm" which will bring about a "great awakening". The "evil doers" will go to Guantanamo Bay! Then, the world will turn into utopia. They think the government is restricting their rights to practice their crazy beliefs. Completely bonkers.

I hope they still have that stockpile of hydroxychloroquine! Put your money where your mouth is, Donnie.

It’s not my thing to mock sick people, but you can’t expect a man who has mocked handicapped people, amongst others, to get sympathy from everyone. You reap what you sow.
He mocked Hillary on the campaign trail last year when she got pneumonia.

The first family gets better care than anyone else in the country. That's not merely the privilege of the elite; it's a matter of national security. There's no way of knowing what will happen, but the odds of Trump or the First Lady having some sort of negative outcome from this are lower than for anyone else in similar circumstances.
You have to question his resistance. He’s under enormous stress. He can’t stand losers. He can’t stand losing. He’s losing the election and knows it. He lost the debate abysmally. He looked deeply stressed at the end of the debate. He was seething. He’s been traveling a lot and keeping a somewhat grueling schedule for his age. He’s 74 and obese.

He’s getting the antibody-cocktail therapy. He needs for the treatment to nip the virus in the bud. If it drags on or gets worse, he’ll probably survive but he could need months to recover.

He’ll most likely be back on the campaign trail in a few days after he starts feeling better. He’ll tell the packed house of supporters the doctors cleared him, while we simultaneously watch the doctors on tv saying he was not cleared.

Not likely. Moving him to Walter Reed is a serious step. Maybe it's for precaution, but I guarantee there was some serious political conversation in the White House about how this impacts the election. I hope he recovers soon. The country does not need additional chaos.

Pompeo v Pence?

In all seriousness listen to what he’s given. That’s what we all should take if in that boat.
"He's being evaluated by a team of experts, and together we'll be making recommendations to the President and First Lady in regards to next best steps," Navy Commander Dr. Sean Conley wrote.

He said Trump had been administered a Regeneron polyclonal antibody cocktail and has been taking zinc, vitamin D, famotidine, melatonin and a daily aspirin.

You notice the announcement came after the market closed.

They say fever is one of his symptoms. I am not sure that is as mild as they are suggesting. That seems to me to be the second worse symptom behind unable to breathe.

"The big news there is that he got an experimental drug. He got a drug not approved by the FDA," said Dr. Jonathan Reiner, who treated former VP Cheney. “So it's interesting that he got compassionate use of an experimental drug, which speaks to the level of concern they have.”

Yeah, but he is younger than Biden! It seems that is the only thing he's got going for him.
Biden sounded good today in his 15-20 minute speech. Sharp and alert.

Trump looked pissed and uncomfortable walking to the helicopter a few minutes ago.

Hard to see how Trump can effectively criticize Biden's health after today.
