Rona J Trump

A cynic might question the timing of this. I mean, if Trump volunteers to take one of the vaccines, and it miraculously works, what would we have there?
Yes! Next week he’ll stage an event where he shoots up all his kids with one of the vaccines and shouts at them relentlessly, droplets and white caps flying everywhere. Then he’ll announce the vaccine worked! The October surprise! Time to send that cadaver Biden to the old folks home and let trump get back to MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Corey Lewandowski was just on the today Show and said that everyone that gets close to the President has to be tested first. What more are they supposed to do? He's the President and obviously has things to do. He can't just hide in his basement forever.
You should probably get yourself tested, considering your nose's constant proximity to his prodigious behind.

He's the number one reason so many in this country are resistant to wearing masks in public. His whole approach to COVID was we need to muscle through it. We'll see how that turns out for him now.

I hope he's fine, and you're right that the nature of his job puts at high risk of the disease. But this should be a reminder to him and everyone that over 2500 people have died from COVID in this country since Tuesday, seven months into this and with no end in sight.

Maybe this will give him some time to think about whether it may have been worth spending more time focused on controlling the spread.

Have you ever heard of false negatives, Einstein? And, "what more are they supposed to do?" How about everyone around Trump, and Trump himself, wearing phucking masks!

He was on the HCQ regimen. Theoretically he will have mild symptoms, if any. The science behind T-cells and vitamin D is very convincing as well.

Got milk?

Trump reportedly exhibiting "mild symptoms". I don't want him intubated or even hospitalized, but I do hope he has it bad enough that he can't say it was no big deal.

Even if you don't die from Coronavirus you can be pretty sick for a long, long time and that to me is probably the worst outcome. The US has survived without a fully functional president before: Wilson, Harding, Roosevelt, Reagan but I don't know if we would fare so well with one now.

Truth be told, we haven't had a fully functioning president in almost 4 years.

You're working from the premise that rump is a fully functional president?

I too was thinking about that. Trump was shouting for 90 mins and I’ve read numerous articles that droplets travel considerably farther than 6 feet.

Did Typhoon Hope keep her facemask on while she was sitting in the audience? The First Fiend Family removed their's as soon as they got into their seats, I wonder if she did likewise...

It's amazing that I have such a lack of trust with him that I even consider its a marketing ploy.

It is what it is I guess.

How dare you sir!!

Its only been 22,000 lies (and excluding contradictory tweets) told in public in the last few years, I think President Donald J Trump deserves some respect and trust.
He is a man of God after all.

A vaccine would be used to prevent vs treat, right?

I’m thinking the other treatment methods he has proposed should be used.

November 3rd:

The results are in and Joe Biden has won by a landslide.

Donald Trump has no choice but to concede defeat.

Fatigued, groggy and sickly Trump hobbles his way to the podium to announce his defeat, he grabs onto the podium barely able to keep himself up.

He mutters a few breathless words "if I'm going down, I'm taking you all with me." His mouth opens wider than humanly possible and proceeds to unleashes a toxic cloud of lurgy upon the crowd; no one is spared as Trump commits one final acts of treachery against the American people.

With that Trump retires to his high castle where he spends his time writing a new book -- a new best seller on the QAnOn book list -- whilst finding executive time to tweet about his new foe "Sleepy Joe".

Exactly my thoughts. Maybe he’ll even lose some much needed weight.

As much as I dislike Trump, I can only wish for him to have a speedy recovery with little or no symptoms. Even hoping that he has a bad case but recovers is, in my opinion, wrong. I understand the reasoning behind that emotion, but think about the consequences.

He is still the President, and a significant illness for the President is a dangerous situation for all of us. Making that even more dangerous is the very real risk that many others in his administration are also infected. I am certain we will soon see other positive tests in his inner circle. He sucks as a leader. But our government must have someone in charge.

While the 25th Amendment provides for the temporary assumption of his duties by the Vice President, I am not confident that it would be invoked here absent extreme circumstances. There is no way in hell that Trump will declare in writing that he is "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office" (Section 3 of 25th) - especially not a month before an election. Likewise, I have little faith that Pence and a majority of cabinet members would be willing to make that declaration (Section 4 of 25th). And even if they did, Trump could essentially veto their determination, forcing Congress to decide the issue.

This is an incredibly dangerous situation right now. While some may argue that a President in quarantine is unable to fully perform his duties as President, I'm not ready to go that far. However, if it ends up being anything like what Boris Johnson went through we have a significant problem. More on this issue is in the video below (I do think that Vinograd is a bit hyperbolic, but she's not that far off.

Oh, and here's a list of people who recently traveled with Hope Hicks (although I don't think we can assume that Hicks was patient zero in Trump's inner circle):

And FWIW, I would not object to anyone wishing that Don Jr. or Eric Trump have a bad go of it. It's not something I would wish on anyone, but those two are useless and maybe it would impress upon daddy that this shit is indeed a big deal. Then again, is that really plausible (that Trump would effectively admit he was wrong)?

No worries. Layers of encrusted Mcdonalds that line every tube in his body will completely block the virus.

Besides, Russia claims to have made a safe vaccine several weeks ago.. Putin claimed he had his daughter vaccinated as well.
Wont be surprised Putin didn't send over a couple of doses for his friend..

He will be fine.

Is it really a surprise that he eventually tested positive given how easily COVID spreads? He had to be in contact with hundreds of people day in day and day out and lord knows how many people they have been in contact with.

Well considering how he's claiming all these "law enforcement and armed forces folks" want to kiss him...

Now this is certainly an interesting theory... Are these morons claiming China has a "time delayed" method of infecting someone with the virus? Or are they accusing someone who has been in contact with Trump over the past few days of being a CCP sleeper agent? Are they accusing Hope Hicks of being a sleep (around) agent?

"Prominent allies of President Donald Trump blamed his positive COVID-19 diagnosis on Thursday on the Chinese government, accusing Beijing of literally infecting the president with the virus in what was effectively an attack on the U.S. commander-in-chief.

“The Chinese Communist Party has biologically attacked our President,” declared Blair Brandt, a top Trump campaign fundraiser and an adviser to Lara Trump, the president’s daughter-in-law. “China must be held accountable,” he added. “From Wuhan to the White House, China must pay for what it’s done.”

While she stopped short of accusing China of biological warfare, Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) also pinned blame for the president’s diagnosis on the Chinese government and demanded retaliatory measures. “Remember: China gave this virus to our President @realDonaldTrump and First Lady @FLOTUS,” Loeffler wrote on Twitter on Friday morning. “WE MUST HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE.”

I think Kelly forgot she profited off of the virus. I think plenty of people reminded her...

They should blame China for Trump's morbid obesity - after all, they invented pasta, right?

Oh wow. Trump's publicly released, daily work diary and all night Tweet sessions disproves that Trump "has things to do."

Even as late as today Trump could make things better by doing the following diligently:

Stop downplaying the virus.
Wear masks in public.
Make his personnel wear masks in public.
Make his followers wear masks in public.
Stop having indoor rallies.
Fire the non-scientists/non-experts he already put in charge of our health agencies; replace then with real experts.
Stop interfering with, belittling and forcing out medical experts that disagree with him.
Stop undercutting and contradicting state and local officials of both parties that disagree with him.
Stop threatening to withhold federal money from state and local governments that disagree with him.
Stop making unsupported claims about the date a vaccine would be available.
Stop saying we have turned the corner.
Stop proposing stupid "cures" like bleach and light.
Stop demanding that businesses must reopen immediately.

This is not a comprehensive list at all.

I can only imagine what would happen if the situation was reversed.

It doesn't take much imagination.

“Joe Biden has the China virus? Jeez, that’s too bad. Low energy Joe might have a tough time with it. I guess he shouldn't have left his basement after all” -Trump would say, with a wide grin.

Remember this heart-tugging concern that really happened?: “Mitt Romney is quarantining? Jeez, that’s too bad” -said Trump, with a wide grin.
