The number of kids who feel the need to kill their peers is out of hand. Kids getting bullied. Kids doing the bullying. Where are all of the parents and adults at school and how can you not see what's going on with your kids, whether they're the victim or the victimizer?

I was searching everywhere for answers on how I should feel, and then our hero State Superintendent bravely spoke up and announces such wisdom.
