I have been an IU fan forever (and that's a mighty long time). Honestly, I can't remember recruiting ever being this solid. Am I crazy or is IU really starting to turn the corner in the number of "athletes" and football players that other power 5 schools want? While they definitely aren't competing for a top ten class, the sheer volume of 3 star players being looked at, evaluated and ultimately coming to play for IU seems to be at an all time high. So my question is this:
With the upturn in terms of recruiting better and better talent, how long until IU starts to resemble the squads that were prevelant under Bill Mallory? Or is IU going to look more and more like an Oklahoma State?
Hopefully my questions are clearer than mud.
