Another thread has said that most outside of message boards are not onboard with Woody being fired. So, it made me wonder what percentage of this forum believes it's time to move on....

I do not feel he is the answer. Recruiting, Xs and Os, and discipline, all seem to need improvement.
I do think the termination requires some tact.
Regardless of money that may change hands as an inducement, I would like Woody to say something like :
We need a fresh approach
I wish I could have done more
I will support the new staff in any way I can
Etc.

Yes, fire him. But hire a homerun. No more marginal experiments. Stop worrying about recruiting for next season...get the right guy.. Worry about 5 years, not 1.
