Both were registered in more than one state and voted in both. Felony.
Multiple ballots for Trump, of course...

Let me guess, it’s two old white guys and they’ll never serve time. However, the black woman in TX who seemingly made an honest mistake gets years in prison. Both were registered in more than one state and voted in both. Felony.

Frontline had a bit recently about the county in Northern Michigan that had errors that were corrected within hours and were deemed to be the fault of a human county clerk (her own admission in the interview) who voted for Trump, yet it sounds as though it was the genesis of the Dominion 'fraud' claims by the wackjobs.Hmm..seems like the more we look into voter fraud, the worse Trump's numbers looked
But Trump was right, there was voter fraud. lol
Psht.... no bid deal. You guys have said all the time a little voter cheating is no big deal if it doesn't affect an election. Both were registered in more than one state and voted in both. Felony.

If these guys ever see the inside of a courtroom on these charges, far-right mainstream media will have a few more solid days to talk about how persecuted they are and how the ominous 'left' is out to get them.Let me guess, it’s two old white guys and they’ll never serve time. Oh bullshit. If they're caught cheating in an election, they should be punished. If these guys ever see the inside of a courtroom on these charges, far-right mainstream media will have a few more solid days to talk about how persecuted they are and how the ominous 'left' is out to get them.
And you know there is a reason for that. A law change required a registration date and age. But many cities in Wisconsin did not require that before the law. So when those registrations were moved into the system, they were given a generic birthdate of like 1918. That has all been covered repeatedly, but it doesn't fit the pot some want to stir.Oh bullshit. If they're caught cheating in an election, they should be punished.
It's just funny to see leftists get apoplectic about a few vote cheaters when a review of Wisconsin voters shows over 100,000 voters to be over 100 years old.

That suggests that they have reading comprehension ability. That is a HUGE and likely incorrect assumption. Can we pin a post explaining that for danc and the others?
Read the article. They have to jump through some hoops but aren't even being formally charged.Oh bullshit. If they're caught cheating in an election, they should be punished.

And I've explained to you that, if a voter registration doesn't have a valid birth date on it - one that can be taken from the original registration form - that is is not a valid registration. And you know there is a reason for that. See my explanation to Marvin. You all are falling for yet another scam. Can we pin a post explaining that for danc and the others?
That's totally beside the point. If they cheated, they should be punished.Read the article. They have to jump through some hoops but aren't even being formally charged.
Look who shows up!That suggests that they have reading comprehension ability. That is a HUGE and likely incorrect assumption.
Prior to 2005, Wisconsin did not require voter registration in municipalities with fewer than 5,000 persons. In more populated municipalities, election officials track their voter registration information through various databases and spreadsheets. And I've explained to you that, if a voter registration doesn't have a valid birth date on it - one that can be taken from the original registration form - that is is not a valid registration.
You know that, and yet you insist on claiming to see no problem.
Dems screamed in 2016. Both sides screamed in Bush v Gore. But there has never been any sort of screaming like what we saw in 2020-21. We are a nation in significant trouble. We just think it’s funny because the Republicans are always the ones screaming about voter fraud, but when someone is caught, invariably it’s a Republican.
And there was the problem in 2004 in Ohio. And I recall some people raising a stink over it. But for most it wasn't the greatest crisis ever faced by humanity. Most saw it for what it was, a mistake that did not destroy an election.Dems screamed in 2016. Both sides screamed in Bush v Gore. But there has never been any sort of screaming like what we saw in 2020-21. We are a nation in significant trouble.
So you're telling me you could have registered in Wisconsin without proving you were 18, or whatever the required voting age was at the time?Prior to 2005, Wisconsin did not require voter registration in municipalities with fewer than 5,000 persons. In more populated municipalities, election officials track their voter registration information through various databases and spreadsheets.
The Help America Vote Act of 2002 required the state to maintain a database of all voters, which was implemented a few years later. When municipal systems did not track a voter’s date of birth or start date of registration (i.e., Wisconsin law did not require it), a default date was entered in the statewide system: 1/1/1900 for date of birth and 1/1/ for date of registration.
By the way, of those 120k of voters like this, 58% percent voted for Trump.....This has been like this in Wisconsin for a long, long time. Nobody complained with the right was winning in Wisconsin. And they shouldn't have. It was perfectly acceptable. I'm not left. I'm not right. I don't do stupid. End of story for me.
I was also involved in some of the Michigan lawsuits. I can tell you a few things: (1) The people who count the votes do a great side on both sides of the aisle. They want to do a good job, and they do good job; (2) these lawsuits across the country were intellectually dishonest and downright fraudulent. After 26 years of practicing law, I thought I had seen it all. When some dems claimed fraud in 2016, I said no way--it doesn't work that way in federal elections. I was right. You can always find little bits and bobs of people voting twice, but they ultimately get grabbed.
I sincerely hope I don't ever have to see or hear from the kraken and her minions again. The fraud they perpetuated on this country and the build up to the insurrection was a huge blow for democracy.
I voted for Bush Sr, W Bush twice and Romney once prior to 2016. Each time I liked who I liked regardless of party. Last year was no different.
I just gave you the law in Wisconsin. I gave you the Congressional Act designed to address the issues. Wisconsin's requirements for registration related to under 5k villages or municipalities. It wasn't a state wide deal.So you're telling me you could have registered in Wisconsin without proving you were 18, or whatever the required voting age was at the time?
Sorry, I don't believe that.
You can believe whatever you like about the election. No one is changing anyone's mind.
Uh....... no.We just think it’s funny because the Republicans are always the ones screaming about voter fraud, but when someone is caught, invariably it’s a Republican.
See my explanation to Marvin. You all are falling for yet another scam.
You gave me what you think is the law. I don't believe anyone registering to vote in Wisconsin didn't have to give a birth date.I just gave you the law in Wisconsin. I gave you the Congressional Act designed to address the issues. Wisconsin's requirements for registration related to under 5k villages or municipalities. It wasn't a state wide deal.
Your last statement of "you can believe whatever you like about the election. No one is changing anyone's minds", is a sad commentary isn't it? Despite reams of clear factual evidence about the election NOT being rigged or otherwise, people still believe it is. I'm convinced that it is too much effort for people to critically think and just easier to rely upon on salacious horseshit if the desired outcome is not achieved.
So, you're telling me that, back in the day, you could walk into voter registration location, tell them you were of legal age, and they'd register you - no questions asked - and it would be legal? No, you aren't using that thing on top of your shoulders.
People proved they were eligible to vote but the laws at the time didn't require dob to be recorded. Laws change and they had to fill in the data. They didn't go back around and ask people to provide their DOB again when they populated in the data because they falsely assumed there wouldn't be idiots acting like that somehow means voter fraud.
So everyone that registered legally based on the laws at the time of registration should just be punished by having their votes not count?
Fine, take those out and Trump loses by even more.
No, he's telling you that the registrar wasn't required to record the DOB. This is pretty simple. So, you're telling me that, back in the day, you could walk into voter registration location, tell them you were of legal age, and they'd register you - no questions asked - and it would be legal?
Tell me another fairy tale.

Facts be damned. And I don't believe it. That's pretty simple.
It's a well documented fact. Your belief is immaterial. And I don't believe it. That's pretty simple.
Evangelicals are a force to be reckoned with. They elected Trump. If you believe in the Immaculate Conception it’s no big leap to believe Trump is the Second Coming. Simple matter of faith.Dems screamed in 2016. Both sides screamed in Bush v Gore. But there has never been any sort of screaming like what we saw in 2020-21. We are a nation in significant trouble.
And I'm almost willing to bet our old Buddy Scotty Walker was Gov in WI when all that occurred...And you know there is a reason for that. A law change required a registration date and age. But many cities in Wisconsin did not require that before the law. So when those registrations were moved into the system, they were given a generic birthdate of like 1918. That has all been covered repeatedly, but it doesn't fit the pot some want to stir.
Again, one of the issues that make Trumpers look stupid. They just disregard facts...It's a fact that photo voter id laws did not exist prior to 2006, and IN was the first state to adopt it. And the IN law had to be crafted carefully to avoid being ruled Unconstitutional by SCOTUS.And I don't believe it. That's pretty simple.
Then why bother responding to me?It's a well documented fact. Your belief is immaterial.
Mark, my apologies. After dinner tonight I looked at multiple sources and you are correct in your description of the merger of registration records.I just gave you the law in Wisconsin. I gave you the Congressional Act designed to address the issues. Wisconsin's requirements for registration related to under 5k villages or municipalities. It wasn't a state wide deal.
