I’m not assuming to know what all the facts are. Why should it matter especially in light of his past incidents? What is known is that he has been charged with reckless driving and resisting arrest. That’s more than enough to justify his dismissal from the team.

To me, the resisting law enforcement charge would ordinarily sound like a throwaway charge just to get his attention, if it amounted to nothing more than not stopping immediately when the red lights came on.
But the story posted above makes it sound like the resisting allegation has to do with what he actually said to the police. So, who knows how serious it really is.
