In addition to taking the documents, he was charged in five counts relating to conspiracy to obstruct justice and withholding documents and records. He was also charged with making false statements.

It’s not OK, but it was a fraction of the number of documents Trump had, there’s no evidence it was deliberate as there is with Trump and Biden didn’t try to illegally keep them like Trump did.
I’d be good with prosecuting Biden under the gross negligence standard of the law but they couldn’t do it until January when he’s out of office. They didn’t prosecute HRC under that standard either. I thought they should have. I’m a stickler on the issue and Trump should most definitely be prosecuted.

Wrong. There are different standards under the law. Deliberate mishandling of classified information is a much higher level than gross negligence in handling classified information. I have extensive knowledge and experience with handling classified information.

1) Person one is stopped for speeding. Doing 70 in a 55. He pulls over, presents papers to the cop, cooperates, has a clean record, admits to making a mistake, and the cop just gives him a warning.
2) Person two is stopped for speeding. Doing 90 in a 55. Cop tries to pull him over, but he bolts. They stop him with stop sticks. He refuses to cooperate or present his papers. He gets a $200 ticket, plus time in the slammer for the multiple other offenses.
