joe Biden

I don't consider it being dishonest. I'm only taking advantage of a loophole available to me.

I dont owe the government honesty.
It's not a loophole. It's actively avoiding paying taxes IAW the law. Thanks for clarifying that you recommend lying and cheating over honesty and integrity.

Wow.......we are getting close to an election. Time for the Dems to start turning into fake Republicans.
I’m amazed at the people who say but maybe they won’t do it again. That’s basically just saying I’m hyper partisan and will overlook anything to vote for my party. No matter how bad their policies have been

Larry Sabato: "The Race Between Biden And Trump Is No Longer Close"https://realclearpolitics.com/video/2024/07/05/larry_sabato_the_race_between_biden_and_trump_is_no_longer_close.html… "Biden, who was even, maybe two points behind Trump, is now in these polls... six points behind. That's millions and millions of voters."

Biden was never up two points he was losing all the swing states. Now he is in danger of losing several blue state like new jersey., minn, viriginia, maine, and new mexico. But yeah keep up the fight joe!

So what then, I see it as a loophole. I'll actively avoid paying whatever I can get away with. I don't see omitting things from government as either lying or wrong.

Do you pay your states use tax every year when you file? "It's the law" after all.

I don't know what that tax is, but I have an extremely honest CPA do my taxes and I pay whatever I owe.

If you buy something out of state or anything you don't pay sales tax on you're supposed to pay the sales tax or the difference if tax rates are different.

For example, if I buy something in Kentucky at 6% I would owe indiana whatever the difference is.

Just pointing out there are other dumb tax laws.

That's one that's unenforceable for the most part, except I had to do that once. I bought a new car before I moved to California (while in the Navy) many moons ago. When it was time to register it in California, they hit me with that difference tax for something like $1500. I didn't like that tax for sure, but I had to pay it.

Willfully Ignoring reporting tips or any other taxable income on your tax return is fraud, pure and simple as far as I am concerned.

I can understand why you might be confused with the justice department allowing the statute to run on years where Hunter Biden failed to report millions of income.

Any chance that you are new to drinking? maybe extended the new drink, a weeeeee bit to far, and are experiencing euphoria where your thoughts move much faster than your fingers on a keyboard?

I've seen other people do this before. IT's ok here and not the first time.

The strange thing is, Trump paid the invoice that his CPA told him to pay also, as it was legal fees.
It's so ironic that you have more in common with the lefts TDS that you can handle.
Is there a maritime flag for ship sinking? Ya might wanna pick that one up... Next day delivery !!

What? Is there a point in that mess? I’ve never reimbursed a lawyer for paying hush money to a porn actress. I don’t how that would work. Plus my CPA is my wife. 😄
