James Lankford and those sissy liberals from the Okie state hate America.

I have quoted the law, say asylum and we cannot escort them out. Read the law I posted, tell me where I am wrong.
Yes we can. Trump did it with his Remain In Mexico policy.

They have broken the law when they come across at a non-official site. They broke the law at that time. They can be escorted back and given directions to the nearest official site, where they can claim asylum.

Oh, for God's sake. Comparing the few each year who got out of East Germany to our southern border? You're not serious when you use that comparison.

No one is saying 100%, but building a barrier and enforcing it can keep things to a manageable level. As will escorting them back across the border immediately.
Besides, more than a few on your side have said 0 is the number they want. I didn't create that, 0 ain't happening.

The question is, will Republicans that want aid stand up for a discharge petition. It puts them square in the spotlight of MTG and the rest.

I can't help but think Spartz would. But in August she demanded it be in a normal appropriations bill and not a stand alone bill. So who knows.

As I expected... Senate is now going to vote on the bill with the border language stripped out.....After the bill with the border language fails to get 60 votes. Sounds like they are going to move directly to it.

I fully expect it will pass.

Even Lankford is considering voting against it even though he supports it.....how that makes sense beats me other than all the children have to do what daddy tells them to do.
