IU STUDENT SECTION- a cheer for "Austin Hatch" would be great...

IU STUDENTS and Hoosier Nation- a very special native Hoosier, Austin Hatch, is a player on the Michigan team. He is an Indiana kid, and has been thru a lot in his 19 years. He lost his whole family in two airplane crashes, and survived both with traumatic head injuries that he has battled to overcome. IF the IU STUDENTS could start a roaring "Austin Hatch" chant before or during (or both) the game- it would be a wonderful gesture to a fellow Hoosier. Hoosier Nation and the Student fans are truly the best in college basketball, and it would be fantastic for the STUDENTS to support this young man

1.) He is NOT a Hoosier. He is from Indiana and that is it. He is a Wolverine.
2.) Don't give Michigan any momentum during the game...That is just STUPID!

this would not fire up UM in any way. He is an Indiana kid and it would show the CLASS of our fanbase by recognizing him. Sorry that you don't see it that way.

Time and place

When we get a big lead and they put him in the game, we should give him a standing ovation. I would hope CTC and the staff would try to reach out to him before or after the game.

Chant his name at the end of the game if you want. I don't want to take the focus off the game for our team.

What do we chant after we lose that big lead when Crean runs 3-4 subs in after 5 minutes of play and we lose it? It happens far to often?
