The back story is that after John McKay left USC to coach Tampa Bay in the first year of it's operation, He was sorting through the cast offs and unwanted parts in training ccamp trying to organize a team. After an Exhibition Game a beat reporter asked Him What Ho thought of His team's Execution? To which He replied, "At this point I am totally in favor of it."
