I think they mention what precipitated it. The woman probably heard about what they had written in the bathroom. She went and purchased something from them so that she would be a patron, ate or drank whatever she purchased, and then asked to use the bathroom with the intention of getting pictures or a video of what they had in the bathroom.
The silly thing is that by blocking her from seeing/taping/getting a picture of that (I assume because they know it might be bad for business) they went completely nuclear and now have video of them denying a Jewish person access to a bathroom because they didn't want her to see their political graffiti in the bathroom.
If I were the owner, they would all be unemployed, but I assume the owner probably knew and is a supporter of what is in his restroom. I know I wouldn't frequent a business like that...guess we will see how many of their clientele is like minded.

Because it highlights the fact there are refugees. Sort of like how asking Mexico to house migrants isn't exactly a ringing endorsement for Honduras.
Palestinians have effectively been refugees since they rejected UN Resolution 181 and started the war of 1948, along with other Muslim nations.
The fact that other countries, who share more beliefs with Palestinians than Israelis, have previously tried to take in Palestinians and had severe political and violent consequences illustrates why the problem continues to exist. None of the countries want them because they are fanatical, unproductive and a risk to governmental stability.
