True, but we have developed ways of finding and intercepting at least some of those transfers. And if course discovering some of the identities. Crypto is very difficult to block or identify. It is a whole new area for criminals. That isn't to suggest we should block crypto, I don't think so. But I suspect someone will release a stuxnet type virus to track crypto movement.

Looks like Israel is warning Gaza residents in certain neighborhoods to evacuate. If true, they are risking their own soldiers' lives to save Gazans:
