I'd ask for a guaranteed NIL pool ($50M???) baked into the contract. And I wouldn't want to spend any time fundraising. I have to recruit 100% of the time, and don't have time to beg for money.

and yes, I do believe the talent from the 2s on down is seriously lacking, not B1G level.... and I'd bet half of the 1s are probably not coming back.
