I understand the rationale that you don't want to use your entire playbook at the beginning of the season so you can surprise each opponent with some new plays/wrinkles. What I'm wondering is what % of plays are actually new this year? If it doesn't change much, couldn't and opponent merely look at last year's plays to get a feel for what might be coming in their game?
