His ignorance is only surpassed by that of his supporters. They will believe the plan will actually "add more dollars to Healthcare", and any reporting to the contrary is "fake news".

I guess that his standard ploy in all his infomercials and advertisements for Trump products/services -- they all have a habit of doing precisely the opposite of what they claim.

I can't think of a word to describe that. .what do you call it...
