This could actually be a game if we did something with bases loaded and no outs earlier. I have to admit, I'm shocked we scored 3.A two-RBI triple from Ashley cuts IU's deficit to four.
Louisville 7, Indiana 3, one out in T6.
The hits are even at seven, but we have left eight runners on to Louisville's three. They have just done a better job of taking advantage of their scoring opportunities. At least we have a chance now, but like pretty much everyone else, I thought we were done.Louisville threatens with runners on second and third, but Lloyd gets out of the jam. Huge.
Still 7-4 Louisville at the end of the 6th inning
McAvene has given up just two homers on the season and averages 1.5 Ks an inning over 29.1 innings pitched.Pitching change for Louisville: righty Michael McAvene now on the mound, replacing lefty Adam Elliott.

Pitch was nearly in the dirt but umpire made a make-up call, called strike three. Game over.My feed went blue right when their reliever was about to pitch to Fineman. What happened?
